What is the shipping policy?
Shipping and processing by our third-party print and apparel partners can take 7-14 business days. This includes framed prints, artparel, phone cases and tote bags. Worldwide shipping available. Please allow 2-7 days for processing.
Shipping and delivery times depend on the shipping rate you choose at checkout. Please keep in mind that USPS and many other shipping companies are facing shipping delays due to COVID/19. All updates can be observed through your tracking number.
What is the return/refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is damaged.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it automatically starts processing/ printing at our fulfillment centers, which means it cannot be reversed or refunded. Please take your time when placing orders.
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. After inputting your address at checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Must have a minimum purchase of $40 to use Afterpay.
Can I Use Afterpay for an original painting?
Yes, afterpay installments can be used to purchase Artxzay paintings. If you would like to pay installments/ do a payment plan without Afterpay, please reach out to the artist through email. Please keep in mind the painting will not be shipped until paid in full.
Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
